Chalcophile elemental constraints on sulfide-saturated fractionation of Cenozoic basalts and andesites in SE China

► Lack of Ir depletion in volcanic rocks from SE China suggests more oxidized SCLM. ► Magmas underwent olivine, chromite and/or Fe-Pt alloys fractionation. ► There were small amounts of sulfide segregated during magmatic evolution. ► Pt depletion derived from fractionation of an Fe-Pt alloy/a Pt-depleted mantle source.
