Electrical resistivity survey for groundwater investigations and shallow subsurface evaluation of the basaltic-greenstone formation of the urban Bulawayo aquifer

► Study assesses use of electrical methods groundwater potential in basaltic formation. ► Study site in the Matsheumhlope aquifer of Bulawayo. ► 2D ERT and VES proved to be an effective tool for assessing ground water potential. ► The results suggested a suitable site for groundwater occurrence.
