Geology and tectonostratigraphy of the Onverwacht Suite, Barberton Greenstone Belt, South Africa

▶ We present a new tectonostratigraphy of the Onverwacht sequences of the Barberton greenstone belt. ▶ We evaluate MesoArchean volcano-tectonic processes based on new mapping. ▶ Archean geodynamic processes operated at rates similar to those within modern plate boundaries.
