Lignin boosts the cellulase performance of a GH-61 enzyme from Sporotrichum thermophile
چکیده انگلیسی
► Cloning and characterization of a Sporotrichum thermophile GH61 (StCel61a). ► StCel61a exhibited very weak hydrolytic activity on specific glucans and xylans. ► StCel61a enhanced lignocellulose hydrolysis when added to Celluclast or cellulases. ► The enhancing effect was related to the lignin content of the substrate. ► The synergistic effect of StCel61a was stimulated by antioxidants.
