The European Association of Palliative Care (EAPC) published in April 2015 a white paper on people with intellectual disabilities in Europe. Authors are Irene Tuffrey-Wijne, Dorry McLaughlin and the experts group. We have chosen to present an excerpt limited to the 13 consensus standards developed using the Delphi method and limiting the bibliography to the most significant articles.
