Quantification of phenolic acids and their methylates, glucuronides, sulfates and lactones metabolites in human plasma by LC-MS/MS after oral ingestion of soluble coffee

- The 56 phenolic acids and metabolites were separated by HPLC and mass spectrometry.
- The method was validated in terms of linearity, trueness and precision.
- CV values were considered acceptable with respect to bioanalytical LC-MS/MS method.
- We developed a valid tool to routinely analyze plasma samples from clinical trials.
