HPLC/ELSD analysis of amidated bile acids: An effective and rapid way to assist continuous flow chemistry processes

► HPLC/ELSD methods were effective to control the continuous flow synthesis of conjugated bile acid. ► The validated methods were statistically relevant in terms of precision, accuracy, LOD and LOQ. ► Strongly different ELSD responses were revealed among unconjugated and conjugated bile acids.
