Large piezoelectric effect in lead-free Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3 films prepared by screen printing with solution infiltration process

► A solution infiltration process is used for the film preparation. ► High-quality Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3 films were synthesized. ► Excellent properties including large piezoelectric effect were achieved. ► The piezoelectric films are a promising candidate for lead-free microdevices.
