Expérience de la création d'une consultation mémoire au Groupe Hospitalier du Havre

Having increased the awareness about the problems of taking care in dementia promoted the creation of some proximity «Memory Clinics». Such project remains a long-term work. We wanted to share our experiment inside a general hospital including all steps of the application until the first evaluation six month after. We were able to bring out a critical analysis that, we hope, could help us improving our project and patient's care.
