Survival in high-grade glioma: a study of survival in patients unfit for or declining radiotherapy

For patients with HGG and a poor prognosis, in terms of age or performance status managed with best supportive care, survival is short. Survival may be too short to benefit from radiotherapy and possibly surgery.
