L'interface « vie privée-vie au travail » : adaptation et validation française de l'échelle SWING (survey work-home interaction-Nijmegen)

This paper presents a validation of an adaptation in French of the “Survey Work-Home Interaction-Nijmeden” (SWING) (Geurts, 2000). Two studies were conducted to evaluate psychometric properties of scores obtained by the French version. Results from both studies demonstrated acceptable fidelity and construct validity of scores obtained by our French version of the SWING. Confirmatory factor analyses supported the four-factor model proposed by Geurts (2000). However some modifications were needed to reach an adequate model fit.
