Stability of polydihydrosilane liquid films on solid substrates

► We compare a stability of polydihydrosilane luquid films with Hamaker constants. ► Observed film stability can be judged by the Hamaker constant. ► The films show a continuous form with the positive Hamaker constant. ► Periodically-distributed pattern appear with the negative Hamaker constant. ► This periodicity is composed of a spinodal-like decomposition.
