Structural, optical and magnetic properties of Zn1 − xMnxO micro-rod arrays synthesized by spray pyrolysis method

► Effects of Mn concentration from 0 to 4.2 at.% on some properties of ZnO are reported. ► Structural properties show micro-rods with polycrystalline structure. ► Optical properties show incorporation of Mn gives a decrease in green band intensity. ► Magnetic measurements show that Mn-doped ZnO have ferromagnetic behavior at 300 K.
