Hydrochemical synthesis, structure, semiconductor properties of films of substitutional Pb1 − xSnxSe solid solutions

►The region of co-deposition for PbSe and SnSe has been calculated. ► The deposition processes of lead and tin selenides have been investigated. ► The hydrochemical synthesis of Pb1-xSnxSe (0 < х ≤ 0.093) films has been performed. ► The thermal band gaps for Pb1-xSnxSe solid solutions have been obtained.
