Hybrid influences of defect dipole and intrinsic inducing field on orientation of PbTiO3 thin film deposited on Indium Tin Oxide/glass substrate

► (001)/(100) oriented PbTiO3 thin film was prepared on a non single crystal substrate. ► The orientation was attributed to the defect dipoles and electrostatic field. ► Oriented PT thin film could be used as inducing layer for (100) PST thin film.
