چکیده انگلیسی
► Sperm from males without major ASGs had higher levels of DNA-base adduct formation. ► DNA-damaged sperm can effect fertilization. ► The resulting embryos had abnormal levels of growth and DNA repair proteins. ► Zygotes and 2-cell embryos sired by males without major ASGs show high DNA damage. ► Activation of DNA repair was found in 2-cell embryos.
