چکیده انگلیسی
► First direct observation of SP-BCTERM's planar orientation in bilayers. ► SP-BCTERM's topology is flexible and is controlled by variations in lipid composition. ► SP-BCTERM's positions at a depth of ~8 Å deeper than the phosphate headgroups. ► SP-BCTERM likely induces a modest positive curvature without causing micellularization.
