چکیده انگلیسی
⺠Malaria parasites infect human erythrocytes. ⺠The antiplasmodial quinazoline derivative M4 was complexed with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. ⺠The complex induced in vitro morphological changes to human erythrocytes. ⺠This inclusion complex interacted with the outer monolayer of the human erythrocyte membrane. ⺠Cyclodextrin facilitated the interaction of M4 with the erythrocyte membrane.
