Outer membrane vesicles (OMV) production of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B in batch process

► Outer membrane vesicles production by Neisseria meningitidis under four different conditions. ► Glycerol in the culture medium was not consumed during cultivation. ► The results suggest that lactate is a main limiting growth factor. ► Maximum amount of outer membrane vesicles with iron regulated proteins was obtained during stationary growth.
