An open-label, randomized, multi-center study of the immunogenicity and safety of DTaP-IPV (Kinrix™) co-administered with MMR vaccine with or without varicella vaccine in healthy pre-school age children

► This study evaluated co-administration of DTaP-IPV and MMR with varicella vaccine in 4-6 year olds. ► Varicella vaccine with DTaP-IPV and MMR did not impact immunogenicity of DTaP-IPV. ► Co-administration of varicella vaccine with DTaP-IPV and MMR was well tolerated. ► Results support co-administration of DTaP-IPV, MMR, and varicella vaccines in 4-6-year-olds.
