An inorganic/organic hybrid solar cell consisting of Cu2O and a fullerene derivative

► Inorganic/organic hybrid solar cells were prepared by wet processes. ► They consisted of a p-type Cu2O layer and a fullerene-derivative layer. ► The Cu2O layer was grown by electrochemical deposition from an alkaline solution. ► The fullerene-derivative layer was deposited on it by spin-casting.
