Transparent indium zinc oxide thin films used in photovoltaic cells based on polymer blends

► Indium zinc oxide films were grown by pulsed laser deposition at room temperature. ► The films had large free carrier density and reasonably high mobility. ► These films fit for transparent electrodes in polymer-based photovoltaic cells.
