Fabrication of a near-infrared sensor using a polyaniline conducting polymer thin film

► Near-infrared photo response of polyaniline thin film was investigated. ► Performance is comparable with bolometric carbon nanotubes network devices. ► Change of electrical conductance is due to thermal effect. ► Temperature coefficient of resistance of polyaniline is − 1.019% K− 1.
