Linfoma primario cutáneo anaplásico de células grandes CD30+

We report a 93-year-old patient with ulcerated nodules in her right leg. Histological and immunohistochemical study confirmed the diagnosis of PCALCL, of non-B, non-T origin. The patient was treated with local radiotherapy with progressive resolution of skin nodules and absence of relapse at 6 months follow-up.
