Alergiczny nieżyt nosa – nowoczesne leczenie w świetle wytycznych

Current guidelines and pharmacy market deliver several therapeutic options for allergic rhinitis treatment. Despite these facts, patients’ needs still are unmet. There are many reasons for this sad fact: communication problems, poor clinical trials design, low patients adherence. Unfortunately, three problems are not addressed by any guidelines: treatment choice approach, treatment affordability and steroid-phobia. In this short review we tried to show a simple approach to overcome this obstacle in allergic rhinitis treatment based on clinical and research data available.
