Mycétome du creux poplité à  Madurella mycetomatis : à  propos d'un cas

Eumycetoma is a rare and little-known pathology in Morocco. We report the observation of a 47-year-old patient who presented a fistulated tumefaction, located on his left popliteal space. Diagnostic of mycetoma due to the black fungus Madurella mycetomis is established by mycological studies of the grains. A treatment by a ketoconazole and surgical extraction has been considered.
