Physical activity modifies the associations between genetic variants and hypertension in the Chinese children

► In active group, five variants were not associated with BP/hypertension. ► In inactive group, variants in/near ATP2B1 and CYP17A1 genes were significantly associated with SBP. ► In inactive group, variants in ATP2B1, CSK and FGF5 were significantly associated with hypertension.
