چکیده انگلیسی
► We try to find Listeria monocytogenes in a pastry factory and assess its survival after sanitizing. ► L. monocytogenes was not detected on food contact surfaces, but was found on the floor. ► Sanitization reduced the L. monocytogenes load, while not completely eradicating it.
