A practical test system for sensitive, rapid screening and authentication of peanut allergens in imported and exported food products in Chinese Customs

► A practical test system composed of pAb-based GICA and mAb-based WB was set up for rapid screening and authentication of peanut allergens. ► Our test system was useful for monitoring peanut contamination in imported and exported foods by Chinese Customs. ► Our system could ensure proper peanut allergen labeling which would protect potential consumers with serious peanut allergies.
