U-Pb ages and Hf isotope data from detrital zircons in the Neoproterozoic sandstones of northern Jiangsu and southern Liaoning Provinces, China: Implications for the Late Precambrian evolution of the southeastern North China Craton

► U-Pb dating of detrital zircons was carried out for the Neoproterozoic strata in the southeastern NCC. ► These Neoproterozoic strata have three prominent age groups at 1.86-2.5, 1.5-1.8, and 0.9-1.2 Ga. ► The 0.9-1.2 Ga magmatic event was determined in the southeastern NCC. ► The crustal growth events were determined at ∼2.7 Ga, ∼1.9 Ga, and ∼1.5 Ga in southeastern NCC.
