Influence of controlled spatial deposition of Pt and Pd in NOx storage-reduction catalysts on their efficiency
چکیده انگلیسی
▶ Novel NSR catalysts have been prepared by flame spray pyrolysis using a twin nozzle system. ▶ The noble metals (Pt, Pd) were selectively deposited on storage component and support. ▶ The NSR efficiency of these catalysts depends strongly on the location of the noble metal. ▶ Bimetallic Pt/Pd systems showed superior NSR performance at temperatures >300 °C. ▶ Palladium only catalysts were inefficient at lower temperatures (<250 °C).
