Novel multi walled carbon nanotubes/β-cyclodextrin based carbon paste electrode for flow injection potentiometric determination of piroxicam

► Multi-walled carbon nanotubes/β-cyclodextrin modified carbon paste electrode is constructed. ► Using of the nanocomposite improved the sensitivity, response time and lifetime. ► The developed sensors were applied for piroxicam determination in pharmaceutical formulations.
