De l’aphonie comme « a » phonie. De la voix perdue comme objet perdu

RésuméÀ la lumière des avancées médicales, des reliquats culturels, des concepts psychanalytiques et des rencontres avec des patients en difficulté vocale, cette recherche interroge le symptôme de l’aphonie en son revers inconscient. Au-delà d’une défaillance du corps, d’une altération du lien à l’autre, d’une défaillance de la voix en tant « qu’outil de communication », de quel « manque-à être » la voix perdue se fait-elle chantre ? Entre l’aphonie du corps et l’a-phonie qui crée « un vide sonore » dans le lien social, cette recherche postule l’existence d’une « a » phonie, comme présentification la plus « criante » de la pulsion invocante dans un silence originel et structurel.

The article inquires the system of aphonia and its unconscious cales, at the light of advances in medicine, cultural remainders, psychoanalytic concepts and interviews with patients having vocal difficulties. Beyond an absence of the body, an alteration of the bond with the other, an absence of the voice as a “tool of communication”, how does the “absence of being” make the lost voice? It is suggested that between the aphonia of the body and the a-phonia that creates a “sonorous emptiness” in the social bond, exists an “a”-phonia as the “loudest” incarnation of the invoking drive in an original and structural silence.
