Psychopathologie, Neurosciences et Postgénomique. Causalités et Étiopathogénie dans l'histoire de la psychiatrie

Psychiatry developed starting from a double descriptive and classifying step, while sticking to the concept of causality and etiopathogeny while referring to the medical model resulting from the XIXth century. Developments of the neurosciences, then the recent emergence of post-genomic lead us to note the appearance of new formulations in the clinical plan and to anticipate other conceptual rehandlings.
