Au nanopatterns on glass substrate using block copolymer and their applications in transparent conducting electrode

► PS-b-PMMA block copolymers of two different compositions. ► Patterning of Au thin film on glass substrate. ► We examined the resistivity and transmittance of Au patterned glass substrate. ► The resistivity and transmittance decreased with increasing Au thickness. ► Lower resistivity of Au films was obtained using sputtering than thermal evaporation.
