Characterization and ozone-induced coloration of ZnxNi1 − xO thin films prepared by sol-gel method

► ZnxNi1 − xO thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin coating. ► Coloration of ZnxNi1 − xO films was obtained by UV/ozone exposure. ► Increasing Zn content decreases of film crystallinity and promotes film coloration.
