► Few women developed anti-αGAL IgG antibodies during agalsidase beta treatment. ► Women who seroconverted had lower peak titer values than men. ► Few infusion-associated reactions were reported after 6 to 12 months of treatment. ► Nine percent of seronegative patients reported infusion-associated reactions.
