Induction of long-lived allergen-specific plasma cells by mucosal allergen challenge

Our results show that inhalation of aerosolized allergen generates long-lived, allergen-specific IgG1-secreting, IgA-secreting, and IgE-secreting plasma cells that survive cytostatic treatment.
