⺠Guiding principles for non-animal skin sensitisation assessment of cosmetics. ⺠Analysis to what extent such an assessment can be made without animal data. ⺠Conclusion that the murine local lymph node assay is not yet dispensable. ⺠Recognition of potency information from alternative tools as the key research area.
