Trace metal concentrations in Southern Right Whale (Eubalaena australis) at Península Valdés, Argentina

► Essential metals were detected in all Eubalaena australis calve samples. ► Non-essential heavy metals (Cd and Pb) were not detected. ► This is the first study on heavy metals for this species in Patagonia.
