Natural variability in the nutrient composition of California-grown almonds

► Comprehensive nutrient profiles of seven major almond varieties were compared. ► Varietal nutrient profiles were based on multi-harvest and multi-orchard sampling. ► Nutrient profiles were notably similar for all almond varieties studied. ► Variety, year and/or region effects were significant for some individual nutrients.
