Physikalische Grundlagen der Lasertherapie
چکیده انگلیسی
Therapeutical Low-level laser light (LLLT) is mainly used in the red and near-infrared regime. Laser-light is coherent, so many photons can interfere macroscopic with each other. While the power density is usually lower than sun light, if an area is irradiated, the power density irradiating points can be as high as the sun light power density. In contrast to the broad spectral distribution in natural light, laser light may have a very high spectral sharpness. In addition, pulsed laser light may have very short spikes (100 ns). These properties of therapeutical light may give rise to dedicated stimuli [9]. No apriori prediction can be made, moreover an evidence-based medicine seems appropriate. Here, the frequencies introduced by Paul Nogier [4, 5] are widely used and adapted following personal evidence by e.g. Bahr, Mastalier, Elias, et al. [1]. Correspondance to colour therapy is made. Some technical realisations of these modulation frequencies are proposed. The mean power is deduced, and the threshold for the laser power and the maximum penetration depth are estimated from the laser intensity, the absorption and the quantum nature of light. Here, the assumption is made that one photon per cell and pulse has to be absorbed in order to transmit what may be called frequency information e.g. to a cell of an acupuncture point.
