چکیده انگلیسی
► Leafy green Brassicas were separated into top- and bottom-canopy leaves. ► Leaves were assayed for vitamins C, B9, K1, and β-carotene (provitamin A) and lutein. ► Vitamins C, B9, and lutein concentrations were significantly higher in younger versus older leaves. ► Leafy green Brassicas are nutritionally dense in vitamins C, B9, K, provitamin A and lutein.
