Immunopharmacotherapeutic manifolds and modulation of cocaine overdose
چکیده انگلیسی
► Pretreatment with mAb GNC92H2 IgG (Kd = 2 nM) prevents cocaine-induced lethality. ► Immunization with the IgG, F(ab′)2, or Fab after cocaine (i.p.) reversed overdose. ► Only GNC92H2 F(ab′)2 and Fab attenuated other symptoms of severe toxicity. ► The Fab pharmacokinetic profile most closely aligns to that of cocaine in mice. ► mAb GNC92H2 Fab represents a superior antidote for acute cocaine toxicity.
