آشنایی با موضوع

بلئومایسین با نام تجاری بلنوکسان یک آنتی بیوتیک ضدسرطان است که با تداخل در تولید سلول های سرطانی از رشد و گسترش آنها جلوگیری می‌نماید. این دارو برای درمان انواع خاصی از سرطان، از جمله سرطان بیضه، سرطان سلول سنگفرشی، بیماری هوچکین، و لنفوم غیر هوچکین مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. بلئومایسین برای درمان کارسینوم سلول سنگفرشی، سرطان پوست که می تواند دهان، گلو، بینی و سینوس ها، آلت تناسلی مردانه، واژن، گردن رحم را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد استفاده می شود. همچنین برای درمان یا جلوگیری از تجمع مایع در حفره قفسه سینه ناشی از یک تومور استفاده می شود. بلئومایسین تنها علائم سرطان پروستات را از بین می‌برد و به تنهایی سرطان را درمان نمی کند. عوارض جانبی: فیبروز ریه به ویژه در افراد سالمند که مشکل زمینه ای ریه دارند و مهمترین عارضه جانبی می باشد. آثار پوستی بر روی لثه و زبان. توجهات: بلئومایسین دارویی خطرناک است که فقط توسط پزشک با تجربه باید تجویز شود و همچنین در افراد با نارسایی کلیه و ریه با احتیاط کامل باید تجویز شود. در صورت التهاب دهان و زبان باید میزان دارو را کاهش داد. آموزش: بیمار باید اطلاعات کافی از وضعیت ریه و کبد خود در اختیار پزشک قرار دهد. در صورت تغییر رنگ پوست یا ایجاد سیانوز در انگشتان مراتب را به کادر پزشکی اطلاع دهید. مصرف این دارو با ریزش مو همراه است که پس از قطع دارو بهبود می یابد. شرایط نگهداری: محلول آن در یخچال به مدت 4 هفته قابل نگهداری می باشد. تداخل‌های‌ داروئی‌ بلئومایسین: مصرف‌ توأم‌ باسیس‌پلاتین‌ باعث‌ تأخیردر دفع‌بلئومایسین‌ می‌گردد و سمیت‌ آنرا افزایش‌می‌دهد. مصرف‌وینکریستین‌ قبل‌ از تجویزبلئومایسین‌ باعث‌ حساس‌ شدن‌بافت‌سرطانی‌ به‌ بلئومایسین‌ می‌گردد. نکات‌ قابل‌ توصیه‌: محلول‌ بلئومایسین‌استریل‌ را می‌توان‌ توسط محلول‌دکستروز و یا کلرورسدیم‌ رقیق‌ و سپس‌مصرف‌ نمود. بدلیل‌ احتمال‌ بروز ایدیوسنکرازی‌، بیمار ۴ ساعت‌ قبل‌ از مصرف‌ دارو توسط یک‌ واحد از بلئومایسین‌ تست‌ گردد. برخی‌ از پزشکان‌ جهت‌ جلوگیری‌ از تب‌و لرز آنافیلاکسی‌ از داروهای‌ استروئیدی‌، استامینوفن‌ و دیفن‌هیدرامین‌ استفاده ‌می‌کنند.
