آشنایی با موضوع

اکوکاردیوگرافی (Echocardiography) که به آن "سونوگرافی قلب" یا "اکوی قلب" نیز گفته می‌شود روشی است که در آن با استفاده از امواج صوتی، تصویری از قلب ایجاد می‌شود. عکس و اطلاعاتی که این تست تولید می‌کند از عکس‌های رادیولوژی استاندارد دقیق‌تر بوده و جزئیات بیشتری را نشان می‌دهند. در عکس برداری‌های ساده رادیولوژی، اطلاعات چندان دقیقی در اختیار پزشک قرار نمی‌گیرد ضمن اینکه بیمار در معرض خطر اشعه ایکس قرار می‌گیرد در حالی که در اکوکاردیوگرافی این تصاویر با امواج فراصوت که خطری ندارند، تهیه می‌شود. با تصاویری که با این شیوه در اختیار پزشک قرار می‌گیرد، ضربان قلب و ساختارهای بسیاری از قلب می‌تواند مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. در اکوکاردیوگرافی، بیمار در معرض تابش اشعه قرار نمی‌گیرد. اکوکاردیوگرافی نوعی تصویربرداری دو بعدی از قلب است که برای پزشک معالج تصاویر و اطلاعات دقیق‌تری در مورد ساختار و عملکرد قلب فراهم می‌آورد. با استفاده از این روش می‌توان نمای دقیقی از دیواره‌های قلبی، دریچه‌ها و ابتدای سرخرگهای بزرگ را بدست آورد. غیر تهاجمی بودن این آزمون از امتیازهای خاص آن به شمار می‌رود. اکوکاردیوگرافی بر اساس هدایت امواج صوتی با فرکانس بالا به قلب ودریافت پژواک آن توسط گیرنده خاصی می باشد. امواج صوتی ساده برای تصویر برداری مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند و هیچگونه اشعه یا موج خطرناکی به فرد انتقال پیدا نمی‌کند. برای انجام اکوی قلبی نیازی به بستری در بیمارستان وجود ندارد. انجام اکوی قلبی درد نداشته و عمل جراحی هم نمی باشد. در این شیوه با وسیله‌ای به نام ترانس دیوسر (یک نوع میکروفون خاص) امواج صوتی با فرکانس بالا تولید و به سمت قلب فرستاده می‌شود و امواج دریافت شده از بافت‌های مختلف دریافت شده و در کامپیوتر علاوه بر ذخیره، تجزیه و تحلیل می‌شوند. ترانس دیوسر روی قفسه سینه، روی دنده‌ها قرار گرفته و برای مطالعه دقیق در جهات مختلف چرخانده می‌شود. گاهی اوقات دنده‌ها، ریه‌ها یا برخی دیگر از بافت‌ها مانع تهیه تصاوی دقیق می‌شوند که برای رفع این مشکل ممکن است ماده‌ای به بیمار تزریق شود که این ماده باعث ایجاد تمایز تصویری و افزایش دقت بررسی می‌شود. اکوکاردیوگرافی قفسه‌ی سینه، پرکاربرد‌ترین نوع اکوکاردیوگرافی است. این تست کاملا غیرتهاجمی ‌و بدون درد است. منظور از "غیرتهاجمی" این است که در این تست هیچ جراحی (برشی) انجام نمی‌شود و هیچ وسیله‌ای وارد بدن شما نمی‌شود. برای انجام این نوع از اکوی قلبی، یک دستگاه به نام مبدل روی قفسه‌ی سینه‌ی شما قرار داده می‌شود. این دستگاه از طریق قفسه‌ی سینه، امواج صوتی مخصوصی به نام امواج اولتراسوند، را به قلب شما می‌فرستد. گوش انسان قادر به شنیدن امواج اولتراسوند نیست. امواج صوتی به اجزای مختلف قلب می‌رسند و بازتاب (یا پژواک) آن به یک کامپیوتر منتقل می‌شوند و این امواج بازتاب‌شده، توسط یک برنامه‌ی کامپیوتری به تصاویری از قلب تبدیل می‌شوند.
