آشنایی با موضوع

متیل آمفتامین، که در بازار سیاه بنام شیشه (به انگلیسی: crystal) معروف است، نام یک ماده محرک است. این ماده محرک اعصاب است. مت‌آمفتامین با تأثیر مستقیم بر مکانیسم‌های مغز شادی و هیجان در فرد ایجاد می‌کند. مت‌آمفتامین همچنین باعث اختلال شدید در خواب یا بی‌خوابی شدید می‌شود. مصرف‌کننده دچار بی‌اشتهایی شدید شده و ساعت‌ها و حتی تا روزها اشتها به غذا ندارد. در عین حال این ماده باعث تشنگی می‌شود و مصرف‌کننده مجبور است مقدار زیادی آب بنوشد. ترکیب اصلی این ماده از آمفتامین C9H13N گرفته شده که یک ماده محرک و اعتیاد آور است و مغز و سیستم عصبی را به شدت تحریک می‌کند و از نظر شیمیایی اثر آن از آمفتامین بیشتر است. این ماده به شکل پودری سفیدرنگ (شبیه بلورهای شیشه)، بدون بو و تلخ وجود دارد که به راحتی در نوشابه‌های الکلی و غیرالکلی حل می‌شود. کاربرد دارویی اصیلترین کاربرد دارویی ترکیبات آمفتامین اختلال کم‌توجهی - بیش‌فعالی است هر چند گاه در درمان نارکولپسی (حملات خواب) و چاقی‌های مقاوم به درمان نیز استفاده می‌شوند. عوارض طبی اثرات مخرب مصرف مت‌آمفتامین بر سلامت عمومی گسترده بوده و مکانیسمهای زیرین آن شامل تغییرات در سیستمهای فیزیولوژیک چندگانه می‌شود که برجسته‌ترین آنها سیستم اعصاب خودکار است. به صورت خاص، فعال‌سازی حاد سیستم اعصاب سمپاتیک می‌تواند هایپرتانسیون، تاکیکاردی، افزایش تعداد تنفس (برای مثال تاکی پنه)، هیپرترمی محیطی، گشادی مردمکها، افزایش تعریق (دیافورزیس) و انقباض عروق خونی (وازوکانستریکشن) ایجاد نماید. برعکس این، اثرات تقویت کننده مثبت روان شناختی و فیزیولوژیک مصرف مت‌آمفتامین شامل سرخوشی شدید، افزایش انرژی و هوشیاری و احساس ظرفیت جسمی و روانی افزایش یافته و در ابتدا کاهش اضطراب و افزایش لیبیدو می‌گردد. با مصرف طولانی مدت، کمبودهای تغذیه‌ای می‌تواند رخ دهد. با کاهش اثرات تقویت کنندگی مثبت مت‌آمفتامین متعاقب مصرف مکرر، اثرات سمی حاصله می‌تواند در ایجاد اضطراب تشدید شده، تحریک پذیری ویا تیرگی شعور خود را نشان دهد. مصرف طولانی مدت مت‌آمفتامین همچنین با میزانهای افزایش شدت بیماری‌های عفونی شامل اچ آی وی، هپاتیت ب و سی و اندوکاردیت یا عفونت لایه داخلی عضله قلب و دریچه‌ها همراه است. عوارض مسمومیت دستگاه اعصاب مرکزی شامل دامنه وسیعی از تغییرات حالت روانی، سمیت عصبی، سکته مغزی و سایر آسیب‌های بافت مغز می‌شود. متیل آمفتامین با سمیت قلبی و پاتولوژی بافت قلب خصوصاً در صورت مصرف طولانی مدت همراه است. به خاطر خواص سمپاتومیمتیک ناشی از افزایش فعالیت کاتکولآمین‌ها، بالا رفتن ضربان قلب و فشار خون. درد قفسه سینه، کم شدن تنفس و سندرم حاد کرونری شایع‌ترین تظاهرات اولیه مصرف مت‌آمفتامین هستند. کاهش جبرانی ضربان قلب می‌تواند همچنین رخ دهد.
