آشنایی با موضوع

بافت چربی (Adipose tissue) نوعی بافت همبند شل است که اغلب سلولهای آن را سلولهای چربی تشکیل می‌دهند. دو نوع بافت چربی در بدن دیده می‌شود. چربی سفید و چربی قهوه‌ای. هر بافت مجموعه‌ای از سلولهای تخصص یافته می‌باشد که کار معینی را انجام می‌دهند. بافتهای بدن به 4 دسته اصلی به نامهای بافت پوششی، بافت همبند یا پیوندی، بافت عضلانی و بافت عصبی تقسیم بندی می‌گردند. بافت غضروفی، بافت استخوانی، بافت خون و بافت چربی بافتهای همبندی تخصص یافته محسوب می‌شوند. بافت همبند بطوری که از نامش پیداست بافتها و ارگانهای مختلف را به یکدیگر می‌پیوندند. این بافت در زیر بافت پوششی و اطراف ارگانهای مختلف به عنوان یک لایه پشتیبان عمل می‌نماید و به همین دلیل آن را بافت پشتیبان نیز می‌نامند. بافت همبند از سه جزء اصلی تشکیل شده است: سلولها، رشته‌ها و ماده زمینه‌ای. بافت چربی در مردان با وزن طبیعی 15 تا 20 درصد و در زنان با وزن طبیعی 20 تا 25 درصد وزن بدن را تشکیل می دهد. بافت چربی بزرگ ترین مخزن انرژی در بدن است که البته سایر اعضای ذخیره کننده انرژی کبد و عضله اسکلتی هستند. بافت چربی در وضعیت تخریب و جایگزینی مداوم است و نسبت به تحریکات عصبی و هورمونی حساس است. چربی سفید یا تک حفره‌ای یا (White unicular adipose tissue)، همان چربی معمولی است. چون در این نوع چربی، چربی ذخیره شده در درون سلولها به صورت قطره‌ای بزرگ و واحد است و حجم عمده سیتوپلاسم را اشغال می‌کند. سیتوپلاسم به صورت باریکه‌ای در محیط و هسته به صورت پهن و کناری دیده می‌شود. از طرف دیگر چون در این نوع چربی پس از حل شدن چربی ذخیره شده در درون سلولها (ضمن آماده سازی بافت) حفره واحد و بزرگی در درون سلول چربی ظاهر می‌گردد. این نوع چربی را چربی تک حفره‌ای می‌نامند. سلولهای چربی توسط غشای پایه ظریفی احاطه شده و در حد فاصل مقدار کمی بافت همبند شل حاوی عروق و اعصاب دیده می‌شود. در چربی قهوه‌ای (Brown fat = Multilocular adipose tissue) چون سلولها حاوی تعداد زیادی میتوکندری می‌باشند. رنگ آن قهوه‌ای دیده می‌شود. در چربی قهوه‌ای چربی ذخیره شده در درون سلولها به صورت قطرات کوچک و متعدد می‌باشد. بنابراین با حل شدن چربی ضمن آماده سازی بافت حفرات متعددی در سلولها ظاهر می‌گردد. به همین دلیل چربی قهوه‌ای را چربی چند حفره‌ای می‌نامند. چربی قهوه‌ای برخلاف چربی سفید محل ذخیره چربی نمی‌باشد. بلکه محلی برای تولید حرارت بوسیله چربی قهوه‌ای عقیده بر این است که به علت کاهش فسفوریلاسیون اکسیداتیو در میتوکندریها، ATP کمتری تولید شده و قسمت عمده انرژی حاصل از تجزیه به صورت حرارت آزاد می‌گردد. حرارت تولید شده از طریق گرم کردن خون به همه نقاط بدن منتقل می‌شود.
